Fee Transparency
Exactly what you pay when you purchase digital assets through FLOPLUG, and who sets each part of the price. A draft disclosure pending business and legal review.

FLOPLUG charges you nothing
FLOPLUG does not charge a service fee, commission, spread or markup of its own. The budget you enter is the budget you have to spend: the price you are shown is built from the costs of the purchase itself, not from anything FLOPLUG adds on top.
The fees Stripe applies
Every purchase is processed by Stripe as merchant of record through its Crypto Onramp service. Stripe applies a network fee, reflecting the cost of delivering your cryptocurrency on the blockchain you selected, and a transaction fee for the purchase itself. Stripe sets both fees and may change them at any time; FLOPLUG does not control them.
Before you pay, your live quote itemises the network fee and the transaction fee separately, and shows the total amount charged. Nothing is added after you continue to Stripe, and FLOPLUG never modifies the quote.
Your budget includes the fees
The amount you enter on FLOPLUG is your total spending budget. Stripe resolves your quote so that the network fee and the transaction fee are included within that total whenever it can be matched. If the fees cannot fit your budget exactly, FLOPLUG shows you the total charge that would apply and asks you to confirm it explicitly before you are handed to Stripe. Your budget is never exceeded silently.
Quotes can expire
A live quote is a snapshot of the market at a moment in time. If you take too long, the quote can expire and a new one will be produced when you restart. The amount you are charged is always the total shown in the Stripe checkout window, which you approve before paying.
Fees on your receipt
Once a purchase is confirmed, your digital receipt itemises the network fee and the transaction fee, together with the amount spent and the cryptocurrency delivered. The same breakdown is available at any time on the purchase status page.
A draft disclosure
