Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using FLOPLUG you agree to these terms. FLOPLUG is operated by FlowMoney LLC. You must be at least 18 years old, reside in a jurisdiction where the purchase of digital assets is lawful, and be able to enter into a binding agreement.

What FLOPLUG is and is not

FLOPLUG is a software interface that lets you request the purchase of digital assets through Stripe Crypto Onramp. Stripe is the merchant of record for every purchase: Stripe processes the payment, performs the required identity verification and compliance checks, and delivers the purchased digital assets on-chain to the wallet address you select. FLOPLUG does not take custody of funds or digital assets at any time.

Your account and your wallet

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the wallet addresses you save. You must only add wallet addresses that you own and control, and you must confirm that ownership in My Wallet before purchasing.

• FLOPLUG will never use a FlowMoney treasury, company or operational wallet as the destination of your purchase.
• If you enter an incorrect or third-party address, the delivered digital assets may be permanently unrecoverable. FLOPLUG and Stripe cannot reverse a completed on-chain transfer.
• Digital asset transfers are final once broadcast on the blockchain.

Identity verification

Purchases require identity verification and other compliance checks performed by Stripe. If Stripe cannot verify you, or if a purchase is declined or restricted, the purchase will not complete. FLOPLUG does not make verification decisions and cannot override them.

Fees

FLOPLUG does not charge a service fee, commission or markup of its own. The quote shown before you pay itemises the network fee and the transaction fee applied by Stripe. Stripe sets those fees and may change them.

Prohibited use

You may not use FLOPLUG to break any law, to launder money or finance unlawful activity, to evade sanctions, to defraud Stripe or any third party, to interfere with the operation or security of the platform, or to purchase digital assets on behalf of a person who is not eligible to do so.

Availability, liability and changes

FLOPLUG is provided on an as-is basis and may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowMoney LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses arising from network congestion, blockchain failure, price movement, a wallet you do not control, or actions taken by Stripe. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We may amend these terms and will publish the updated version here.
